Jeffrey Fullerton
Jeff has over 20 years of real estate development and finance experience including project development construction and financing under a variety of structures including public-private partnership (P3) experience in the United States and Canada. Jeff has been involved with the acquisition or development of over 18 million SF of real estate and public facilities with project value in excess of $6 billion. Through his career Jeff has delivered large technically complex projects in challenging regulatory environments.
Jeff has an MBA from Stanford and BS from the University of Montana. Jeff is a former CPA and served on ULI's public private partnership council leadership team.
As an expert in public-private partnerships Jeff provides development and procurement advisory services to help public agencies align project development efforts with the agency's long term goals. Jeff also provides development services to help private clients get projects entitled and off the ground.
